    Goo is made with abs and acetone. If you have an abs floor pan, it will stick just fine. Make sure you clean the surface with acetone several times before hand. This will soften the pan and prepare the material to bond. There is no ratio, just keep throwing chunks in until its the consistency you want. Fiberglass cloth and abs goo requires a thinner mixture than what you would use if "bondoing" a spot with goo.
