attex voltage reg wiring

Ok need some more help with my machine?seems that the voltage regulator is either not working or not hooked up correctly.There's 2 yellow wires hooked to bottom 2 stakes and a jumper hooked on the top 2 makin a loop!! any recommendations out there????? Thanks
