smudvapor, if you have some slop from the bolt holes having been enlarged alittle from wear, that will give allitle play between hubs and axles or sprockets and axles. you can go to a little larger hole and bolt, but just enough to get a tight fit with a new bolt. maybe just a thirty-second larger will take out the play. if you need parts that your hardware store does not have,go online under mcmaster-carr co. they have all kinds of stuff you would never find anywhere local. i have been buying for years when i use to design and build amusement rides. sounds like you got the chain situation solved. great !!.not sure about june. i am reworking my homebuilt tracks after finding the weak spots at busco beach ride. it's fun. johnboy va.
