    Hi:
I accidentally discovered that ZEP Commercial Cleaner (Purple stuff in blue or purpleish bottle with picture of a chain and sprocked on the jug) will remove (SOME) paints very effectively (I got it at Home-Depot). I have used it extensively on my Wild Wolf (Also ABS) and there has been no ill-effect, even with LONG soak times. Of course different paints require different methods, but it was a fast reaction, it came off with only a garden hose after a few minutes soaking, so unless they used a harder paint like an epoxy paint or something else chemical resistant, it should work quite effectively. I plan on using my pressure washer after another ZEP bath for the paint, just on the wide, low pressure setting. (I PLAN ON TESTING THE PRESSURE WASHER FIRST, on the bottom, to make sure I am set low enough, and would recomend the same. I have not had to do the axles/bearings, YET. Pleanty of knowledgeable members here to help you with that.
