so i bought a 300 sd tonight problem I am having getting her running is electrical i think. Anyone have a wiring diagram??? or info would b great. It has compression gets spark and i just can't get it to fire up

bad fuel? u flooded it maybe?

3 wires come out of the back of the motor and the guy had only 1 hooked up..... he started cutting wires and trying to rig it up. I had to save this thing from the chop shop guy lolComment

i tried pull starting and it spit gas out the carb and it didn't smell good so I disconnected it and sprayed starting fluid in the carb but still nothing. The wires are black all 3 coming out the back. Spark is good its puzzling the coil has been switched to a car coil if that matters. It did run He said Just not now I saw it run last week. The guy said he thinks the coil was bad but it sparksComment

I am about to get ready and go mess with it somemore I hope I can get it running. Ithas great compression spark and starting fluid not sure why it didn't start unless I flooded it out before I tried to take the fuel lines offComment
