I'm new to this sport-hobby, how do I identify the year and the style of machine I have? thanks for any help

serial number and just type in aatv amphious atv and just browse google image but this site is your best bet especailly if you could post a picture you will be able to find out exactly what it is
8x8 twice as good as 4x4 -
on an attex, (most years) the serial # is located on the right rear frame rail above the outer bearing. i usually take some 200 grit sand paper to that area and scuff it up or wire wheel the old paint/ rust off to make it easier to see. there are 2 #'s in the serial that are stamped larger than the rest. those are the year.Last edited by racerone3; 11-17-2009, 12:51 PM.A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.Comment
