Its surprising how bad the t-20 looks but they still run. you can either replace the parts or do the machine work in either case it can be repaired.

I do have access to a lathe so that is an option I have been considering. I'm sure at least a couple parts will need to be replaced. I am extremely surprised that the other half looks real good, it must have been real low on fluid so the contaminates didn't wander to the other half. Hopefully a few more T-20 experts will check out all the pics and toss me some advise. I'm charging the batteries for my camera and will post more pics this pm. Gonna go mess with it some more...

Got to cleanin on it some more, the carb cleaned up nice considering it sat for probably 7 years. IT RUNS LMAO. Pretty good too, didn't smoke at all although the po said it did.
Here the good parts of the machine....if you follow one of the above links to my Photobucket page you can see the high res images.

I have repaired the journals on the outboard drums by sleeving them. didn't need to bore the bushing oversize as they were still use-able with slight scoring. R.I. advised that a slight amount of scoring on the bushings and journals is acceptable. You may want to discuss the repairs with them, They were helpful.Acta non verba

Thanks jersey. Looks like I'll be replacing the outboard drum so that will be eliminating a couple problems.
Finally found the serial number and year, that is some poor stamping. I can make out that it is a 1980 but the serial number I can only make out 3 numbers, even rubbing marking chalk on them. I want to register it so I hope I can figure them out lol
