baker hill cradle mounts?

does anyone have any pictures of what the baker hill cradle mounts look like on the frame of a first gen Attex? iI know it gets bolted down with four bolts, but i need to know what the slotted slider things that the four bolts go threw underneath the cradle look like? Mine are broken and i am going to make new ones, someone messed it all up
