18hp or 23hp briggs for an Attex

I am going to do a engine swap on my attex but I can not decide on which engine to use. The money difference is not the problem but do I really need the 23hp. Any thoughts or opinions?

Uh, yes you really need 23HP. Either one will work fine so no, you don't need the extra power but the 23HP would definitely be more fun.
