  • need part # for flanges

The tank trainer and all other (I think) ST-400 based machines came with outer bearing flanges that didn't have a grease fitting. I want to replace the ones on my tank with ones that do have a grease fitting. While I don't believe that much grease ever actually gets to the bearing, I like to have the ability to pack the space between the bearing and flange with grease.... seems to allow less water into the tub that way.

Does anyone have a part number for outer flanges that fit the bolt pattern in the Attex frame? whenever money falls from the sky again and I get to order bearings for the pig, I would like to get the flanges too

My mechanic, Weezer, found 2 outer bearing flanges in the garage. One with the zert fitting & one without. These are Fafnir #'s. Outer bearing flange without zert is TG62MSB. Outer bearing flange with zert is TG62MSA5. They come 3 hole & you'll probably have to drill the holes where you need them. Weezer had to.

Thank you Model Citizen. Could you have your mechanic measure the spacing on the holes in that 3 bolt flange for me whenever he has a moment? if 2 of them were at the spacing I need it would be great. I'm not trying to save weight on the tank so I don't want to be drilling any more holes in the flanges than I have to
