Last weekend when i went to Joe M's house (nice 6x6's btw!!) i was telling him about my chief. Heres the info. Frame says its a 74. It has the 400cc jlo-Rockwell motor in it. The headlight bezels are Black rubber...here's what i was informed is wrong.. My chief has the foot brake on it, with dual disc brakes on it..i was told that this is not the correct t20 for it? So what gives guys?..was this thing pieced together at some point N time?
ive yet to look up the motor numbers and trans number..should they match? anyhow, im goin to bed guys, ill check back tomorrow to see what yinz have to say. thanks much in advance boys!

There's no "correct" set of parts for the machines and we seem to continually find new ways that things were pieced together. There are no numbers/frame/transmission "matching numbers", and even the date stamp on the frame means very little. A frame that was stamped "73" may have not been used to construct a machine until 1975.
