    Hey guys, question..

    Was gonna goto a poker run..but thought i better wait...how do we register these old things? i didnt get anything with mine cept a key. lol whatta yinz do?

        I had to get mine weighed on a truck scale . Having a Bill of Sale helps but I got mine registered without one...just had to wait until DMV ran a check on the VIN. Also needed a picture of the VIN. That was it for NY.

        I think who you get behind the counter at DMV makes all the difference with how hard or easy it is.

          i live in pa and recently registered my attex . i went to a pa messenger service they knew exactly what to do. you need a bill of sale and picture or rub of the vin mine was registred as a class 2 because it is over 50 inches wide it cost a little over a hundred dollars for everything and i have a title

            Where is the VIN on these things? I expect I'll have to do something about that once I get mine drug out of the shed it's stored in.

              The year is stamped, followed by the VIN on the right rear corner of the outside frame rail. Look just above your right rear, passenger's side axle and on the frame rail, up towards the front a few inches from that rear axle will be two larger numbers, followed by a few other numbers and letters, for example: 72 J1XAF

                  On another VIN number note, i talked to notary owner today, she also does ALOT of vehicle stuff, and TONS of DCNR stuff (department of conservation and Natural Resources?) anyhow, she said getting mine taken care of will be No problem, she has done a few before! WOO!! Not to mention, shes a family friend!
