I just got my frist 6x6 it is a 1972 Attex wild wolf and it has throw-a way tires on it.
It will be used mostly for duck hunting so I need a mud & water tire but not just mud & water. I beleve it came stock with 22x11x8 . So my ? is
    1. what is a good tire to run
    2. is there any antvantage to a biger tire or will thy cause more brakage.
    3. where is a good place to find them I have ben trying Richard Relics the ph is always busy.

If you're going to spend alot of time in the water, I'd check out the new Argo tires. Here is a video of a maxII with them Max II with 24" Tires Video by Brandon - Myspace Video

You have several choices. call him back from time to time and buy when he gives you a fair price. prices seem to vary on mood with him. Or better yet, search the forums for the stuff. I think mustangwagz was selling some 4 bolt hubs, and there was a few threads about tires recently were members posted links for tires and rims at good prices.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

I'd contact your local Argo dealer Amphibious Vehicles - Amphibious ARGO ATV, ARGO AATV, ARGO All Terrain Vehicle and see what they say. They make them in a 22" version too.
Here's a template for the adapers if you want to make them yourself. http://www.6x6world.com/forums/conte...e-adapter.html
