Do you mean the main sprockets on the axles that connect the chain to the T-20 transmission drive sprockets?

I have sprockets from a thunderchief. The centers have an added sprocket for jackshaft drive. Original would still line up. Let me know what ones you need. I think they will fit in a flat rate box.

These are the sprockets that are welded to the 1" tube & slide on the wheel axle and drive's the wheels. a part No. for the sprocket would be a big help or link to someone who may already fab them. Thanks! Randy

Sounds like an interesting setup. Must be the sprockets on the T-20 went to a jackshaft and then down? Do you have any pictures?

A part number wouldn't really do any good because attex isn't around anymore. Best bet is to find some sprockets and weld your own up or have someone do it for you. Either grind yours off and reweld new sprockets on your old tubes or find some new tubing. Or maybe find a set from someone else. Id try posting in the wanted section. Im not to up to snuff on the non 1st gen attex machines but 1st gens anyways did have a few different sprocket ratio sets. Im not talking about per axle but the whole set is different. So I would post your tooth count per axle too. Hope that helps and good luck.

Do you have any of the sprockets for your machine? I've (sadly) never had a thunderchief, and I do know that some machines had different tooth counts. If you have a front and a rear sprocket you can just count the teeth (they will probably be different), and order some new sprockets. Martin sprockets are about the best out there. You will have to find a dealer as Martin does not sell direct. Just order a #50 sprocket with (X) number of teeth and an inside bore smaller than whatever tubing you plan to use. you will have to have the ID of the sprocket machined to match the OD of the tube. you want it to be a tight press fit. then weld them up and drill the hole in the tube for the through bolt

Buffalo Bearing does sprockets and they can get you any size, any tooth count, with any bore you could dream of. Tell them you're with 6x6World and they'll take good care of you since many members on the site do business with them. Their number is (716) 874-1720.
