Nice machine! Have you had it in the snow yet?
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

    (6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

      Grab Rail

Does anyone know if the grab rail is factory?
This is the second machine I've seen with that type of grab rail.

Anybody want to trade a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue for an old ST/300/D body?

Yeah Bob, that was an option on the Superchief for a while. I don't know if any of the earlier Chiefs/Thunderchiefs had them.

Yes, it's factory. I think it was only available as a later option for poly body machines. Here's an Attex brochure and in the list of options it shows the dash grab bar.

Those are Tru-Trax. They were an option on later model poly body Attexes. TruTrax | 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 Track Kits | Isanti, MN | Home Page

The Argo tracks are made by Tru Trax, they just have the Argo name molded into them.

But are our tracks what came with the attex when new or replacements?

They came with them new. Some of the hubs used for the track system were set up for a second pin 90 degrees from the first and about an inch towards the body.
