Rob,It was great to meet you after all the time . This will not be the first ATTEX in your collection , they seem to breed like rabbits when you're not looking. Have fun and hope you have fun with it,you now have one of the cleanest SC's out there , if you need anything you have my number.
NCT,my first ride in a T-20 machine was the Attex I built. After experiencing only Argos,my very first thought.......Ferrari,lol. Have fun with that machine, your gonna love it! Be carefull where you store it,Gus and everyone else are correct about that whole rabbit thing.....
Okay here it goes,Mike will be shifting this to chit chat and I understand but the Attex forum is where this all started, there are some pics up and more to come, its been a busy time for Carrie and I on the ranch and today another one with a ton of fence repair. But as most of you have figured I made a Super Chief purchase from Gus Marrone which as far as I could tell is one of Pennsylvania,s leading motorsports collectors, atrip to Gus,s home is like stepping in to a wish list for any grown man.Gus is a very personable fella and took the time on my word alone to freshin up many things on the Attex he sold me,cant say enough about him,end result I depleted the USA of a Super Chief sorry guys. The trip was long and knocked the heck out of me I really had to be home asap but the adrenaline flow of watching that SC bounce around in the mirror helped the trip back.Going to have some fun for sure, and over the winter and spring it will be a frame out resto/mod so i will become a pain for sure asking question,s and sourcing out upgrades,so there you have it more to come I have not had enough time to play the ranch is keeping me busy but I will make time this week and post more pics to the gallery, again Thanks Gus I will keep in touch.Rob
Wow, nice machine! I dont know Gus but have seen his stuff through pictures posted on the web and it all looks awesome! Congrats and dont worry about asking the questions when you do the resto/mod. It gives some of use with no machines together something to do, lol.
