Won't be able to install the tracks anymore with the 22x11x8 tires but I like the ground clearance and they are 2 ply lots of bounce to soften the shock to my iraq war souvenir leg damage and make riding a lot more fun the 4 ply lawnmower 18'' tires just did not cut it

Good call on gusseting the sprockets, especially with a powerful G50B Chaparral powering the Superchief.

Got the idea from Drew he turned me onto a thread about it. Since I was not doing the 1 1/4" Axle upgrade it is the least I could do. Plus I have suffered a Right rear sprocket break before not fun at 30+ MPH I hope with the gussets on the hubs and rear sprockets and 4140 steel axles I can extend the time between bent or broken axles

Glad you decided to make an upgrade. It would be a shame not to after putting the new axles in. Its coming together well.

I pulled the plate on the T20 to check the bands on that side they to look new drums look good as well. Monday I'm going to order a brand new drum and relined band so I can get it back going. It's all I have left to do

Nice upgrade. The gusseted sprockets should really help with bent axles.

Your decals actually dont look to bad either.

Anyone have a good pic of a factory roll bar? I think my SC may have had one there are holes on the body band starting at engine compartment and they go around to the back. I was looking at the sales pamplet and the roll bar they show seems to follow my hole pattern

Broke down and bought the new drum and relined band from Maximum off road. And in the time the T20 has been on the bench I understand it pretty good now. I know where the mistake was made. Thanks for the help guys. There is no tech help in my neck of the woods and everything I do is by wire. I have learned my machine and could rebuild all of it from the ground up . And if we had racing close to my location I would build a racer. Maybe if I ride on public places I could spark some intrest
