The chances are that it is more likely a tire pressure/size issue than a transmission issue. A tire that is a little larger on one side than the other will cause exactly this. I would start by making sure all the pressures are even in all the tires. If this doesn't help, get all the wheels off the ground and measure the circumference of all the tires with a seamstress tape. Adjust the pressures slightly until they are all the same size. you could also try matching tires that measure closest circumference as matched pairs right and left sides of the machine.
This is where I would look to start with.

Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level, then beat you to death with stupidity!

Been bite by that snake
I tore a personally long time abused t-20 down to fix the same problem after looking at the ballon tires, Thinking it couldn't be that much of a difference. This machine wasn't close to going strait.
Convinced that, as hard as i abused that T-20. It had to be in need of major carnage and destruction repair, anyway. Purchased a rebuild kit from Recreatives. Tore it down. Inspected all parts with dial calipers. even the bands were hardly worn. i couldn't even find any parts worn enough to replace. I did replace the o-rings on the four plungers. Just to correct a slight oil leak. Only to put it all back together and find out it was the size of the tires.. Live and learn, lol..
I will now always check the tires first. And really. The gear ratio can not change on only one side , unless you have missing teeth on the planetary or drum that cause one side to skip several teeth. Then You can feel and hear the gear grinding when you engage the faulty side's stick.
Good Luck
