"Wish you were here" may have been more appropriate!

Great!! Loved the 2nd version. Looks like loads of fun.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

video max IV in the Richmond Hill Swamps

This was a video taken with my DVD camcorder over a year ago. I have had a lot of problems getting this thing converted into a working file that can be uploaded but I finally got it up on Google even though the quility is poor compared to the original video. Anyway here it is!

Is that a mini dvd disc camera, Dan. What file type does it output.. mpeg or vob? Some manufacturers have their own propritary formats, which just make difficulties in processing. I suspect the quality loss is interlaced video, normal dvd standard(non high def). That's the way Schwab's dvd footage looked till I started de-interlacing it. Interlaced is a dvd standard for conventional tv's, but when uploaded and converted by youtube, etc, it looks blocky. Maybe you could e mail me a raw 5 second video to play with. Keep it short, dvd is 5 megs a second

Looks like deinterlacing did the trick. I uploaded to google and youtube.. youtube looks much better. When I have time I'll look up some download links for the mpeg version of VirtualDub, and a codec pack for you.

I think you'll have to click on the yellow text title to get a HQ playback.
