Has anyone ever tried using the camo tape to cover the body on their machine?

I used camo tape on my chrome roll bar so it does not reflect or shine in the woods. It holds up well except for where it rubs against brush and low branches. Then it starts to get roughed up and starts to peel along the edges. I just cover the bad spots with more tape or peel off the bad stuff and replace it. I would think that you could expect the same if it was applied to the tub.sigpic

Comes in 1.5" to 3" widths. The duct type camo tape will get brittle and peel if exposed to a lot of UV sunlight. Forewarning, most tapes will leave very sticky adhesive residue if you remove it and it takes some work to remove the residue. That's why you want the better tape. Some gun shops sell camo tape that you can put on a rifle or shotgun and it's supposed to remove easily w/o leaving a residue. I have never tried it so I don't know if the claim is valid.sigpic
