So I got in touch with Ohio division of watercraft to see how to get leagal. They say I can't register an Argo with out a title. Do these thing even have titles? If you are required to get a title, there are steps in place to do so. Every state is different so go online and look up the steps to acquire a title in Ohio: ODPS | BMV | All-Purpose Vehicles (APV's),Off-Road Motorcycles, and Snowmobiles

Just a quick update I talked to friend who works for BMV she said that in ohio if. Vehical is bought out of state and their is a title then we have to get a hold of it to ever get it registered. If it is purchased in ohio from someone from ohio then their is a way around it. I hope this helps someone and makes sence

What if there is no title? Or at least not one that can be found? From what I have read on Ohio BMV's site, if you have a notorized bill of sale then they will issue a title. I have one. Just haven't tried it yet. If I can't get it registered I will be getting rid of my machine.Originally posted by wildbill335 View PostJust a quick update I talked to friend who works for BMV she said that in ohio if. This won't be hard at all and getting rid of the machine will only make you regret that you sold it in the future. What I would do is get a manufacturer's certificate of origin. You'll probably have to prove that it's yours and they'll mail you some paperwork and you'll be set."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"

I have a notorized bill of sale. That should work either way. And if came to habit to sell it I would get another with a title immediately. I am already hooked. And I haven't even logged an hot of drive time yet.Originally posted by jpswift1 View PostThis won't be hard at all and getting rid of the machine will only make you regret that you sold it in the future. A notarized bill of sale would certainly work. Call the manufacturer tomorrow and I think you'll be good to go. I've done quite a bit of this stuff with motorcycles and it can be frustrating dealing with the DMV, but persistence pays off. I'm glad to hear that if you sold it, another one would replace it. These are VERY fun machines! I don't think you'll have to do that though because the manufacturer will get you on the right track and then you'll be set. Let us know how it works out for you.Originally posted by Twizted1 View PostI have a notorized bill of sale. That should work either way.
