My friends and I have always named our six wheelers. My original Scrambler was known as "Vezdekhod" (Russian for "Goes Anywhere" -- except in reverse, as was the case with that particular vehicle) Cirrus6's Camel Centipede has always been known as "Toad" and his original Attex -- which we recently found and re-aquired (a very cool, small world story) has always been known as "Froggy." There were two other Scramblers named "Tornado" and "Lightning" (in honor of J. Walter Christie's T-3s) and yet another one named "Teplochod," which was another one of the early Russian tanks. We've got a thing for Russain armor...

We call our Avenger Margo The Argo. Our yellow Honda Rancher is Lovely Dove.
5-21-13: We decided to change the name of the Avenger to The Turtle. Sounds better to me.Last edited by Rusty-Gunn; 05-23-2013, 02:17 AM.

Have 4 total at my work site, of which 3 are running. Generally called the buggies until something breaks and then it is whatever stream of profanities we can come up with.

Here we have a true "4 chain" frame (square rear crosstubes) that has a "74" stamped in larger font and has the frame work and calipers for the T-20 output shaft mounted brake discs. I think it might be from a Thunderchief. The upper and lower bodies are both green poly that I just quessed/assimilated are that of a Superchief, but I could be way off here
The engine cover/seat is pretty much identical to the ones on my 1972 Colt's but had the "curved rod" latch to hold it open as opposed to the little cables like the Colt's have.
I have installed a Kohler CH20 engine. This collection of pieces is known as "Gizmo".
Joe.

Off topic but that CubZilla is the coolest darn thing I have seen in a long timeOriginally posted by Coop View PostMy 11 year old son refers to my COOT as " Artie ", due to the way it bends in the middle. Maybe I'll have to get some decals made for it...Off topic, but I have another machine I built that I named " CubZilla "
