While searching for u-joints for my build, I came across this site, it's got winches, hydraulics and lots more.

I found some of their stuff to be quite interesting. The Cat diesel was one item that really caught my eye - who wouldn't want that? Also they have some interesting ztr transaxles at decent prices. My thoughts are to attach sprockets to the outputs, then drive tracks through counter shafts and chains to allow for gearing. By using that setup one could play with gearing to get more torque at the track drives, and also have instant counter rotation. At less than $700 per set I might have to try that for my next project just for kicks.
There is a lot of other stuff that might be of interest to you guys, just thought I would share.
