Talk to JP, he seems to find a lot of good deals. In theory, you would want to find an inexpensive machine that maybe had a bad motor, but the T-20 was good. As far as motors go, the aircraft motor that was posted recently would be a cheap avenue to 28-30 HP (provided it worked as advertised), then you would just be out for bearings, chain and tires. BTW, the tires will probably be fairly expensive. If you want all out mudding capability, make sure you buy something with 12" rims. That way you can go with one of the better mud tires that are proven swimmers.Hammers should have warning labels.Comment

The wheel advice is good as long as you get a machine they will fit under. Some are limited to a 21" or 22" tire.Comment

ok my take on the 18 briggs and the 23 koler . my briggs is fine in my 2 i like it. but we have the 23 in theIV and love it . i did ride the 27 kaw IV and if you have the coin .it;s the bomb . that thing hauls butt .i can onily imagine what the 29 is ( killer ) comes to mined eather way you can't go wrong . i do love the IV over my II so far. but i'm not tall like mike . the 26i/n tires are what make the IV for me . plus the power of the 23 k . any way good luck in your search. robbie .1999 max 2 18 b&s 22 tires custom . new max iv 23 k 26 i/n tires brown . ht cable promark winch . new toy 1972 attex st400 400ccjlo and she will be bad .
