  • AATV Support Stand

What do AATV owners use for support stands to get all 6 or 8 tires of their machines off the ground? Looking for idles of what works well.

Pallet jacks work, forklifts work real good, 2 floor jacks work, a motorcycle/ lawn mower lift table works real good. If you are looking to rebuild it cinder blocks or milk crates on 4 corners work good.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Thanks, I do have some of those items around that I can use, and "NO", not a rebuild, but want to get it off the ground for some maintenance.

I use Jim's cinder block suggestion but I put dollies under the blocks. Makes moving the ATV around even easier than when it's on its wheels.

I use my motorcycle jack on one end and wood blocks on the other.

I just use Jack Stands on the front, and a floor jack under the reciever at the back. Ya, I know it's only 3 points of contact :-)

I use this kind of motorcycle lifter. It says max. 500kg but it lifts Argo with no problems.

I purchased a nice motorcycle lift (4"-17) 1500 lbs. from Amazon. American made (90lbs) $136.00 delivered. It worked great. I used some 4X8 wood blocks from and old chunk of wood I had laying around to hold the beast up. I also have a bike so the lift will come in handy.

I am doing a total rebuild and put it up on saw horses. No bending over

For quick work, a Harbor Freight aluminum jack on each end with a 16" long 2x8 cut off works great. For rebuilds I've done the 4 milk crate thing several times.
