Hi all,
I was just on the phone with a plastic molding guy here locally, about buying HDPE, but, he has no sheets.
Anyway,
while discussing repairing my Hustler, he gave me a neat "heads up".....
coffee can lids are "natural" hdpe, and, work the best for welding.....he says with no colorant in it, it sticks easier than anything else......I told him I used buckets and it worked fine, he agreed that it would, and, what I did was right, but, he just said the can lids worked even better.....easier, that is......
