Are you emailing them, using their contact-us form, etc? Have you checked your junk email folder? How long has it been?

Over the years of working on this site, I have had multiple occasions where I received emails from people asking questions and when I responded, it went straight to their junk mail folder. They would email back one or two more times and each time they got more and more upset with me for not responding. It was frustrating not being able to get in touch with them. I was responding but they weren't receiving. Occasionally, one of them would check their junk mail a few days later and respond but most just left. Just a thought.

That's strange.. When I emailed to Mudd-Ox using their Contact-Us form, I received an email back within an hour, about 8:00 pm here in Kansas.. They were very prompt with returning emails to me..
