  • body shine and protector

hey friends , haven't seen anything on forum before about what people use to shine up their old machine bodies. i've been using black magic tire wet spray. put's on a great shine on body and tub. after mudding today, took a hose and the mud rinsed right off. alot like rain x on car windshield. any other good products ? thanks johnboy va.

BrianV turned me onto fluid film. The stuff seems to work great on everything. It's a penetrating/coating lubricant that has recommended uses including undercoating, coating plows/snowblowers, as well as lubricating.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

How does Fluid Film "set up", Drew? Does it remain a little tacky over time, or does it become a bit more stiff? I watched a couple videos of folks applying it, and it looks almost like a lighter spray-grease. Not to drive this off topic from "body shine", to "undercoating/protectant" but I've been using a Castle product called Endura on parts that need to lubricated and rust free (it looks a LOT like how that Fluid Film when it's applied). It works great on protecting axles, bearings, the chains and anything that you want to keep out of the elements.

        This stuff looks pretty neat...

It never seems to completely dry if you just spray it on. When you spray the body and wipe it, it just leaves a nice shine.
