530 offset link

Hi All
Will a 530 offset link work on a 530 o ring chain? It is for my snowblower on my tractor. I am posting here as there are a lot of chain experts I have seen. 81 links slightly long and 80 links is short. It is a bad design. The factory chain is 81 links with the adjuster almost maxed out.

Where can I find a good offset link

It believe it needs to be a 530 O-ring half link. There is 530 chain and 530 O-ring chain.

Like Drew said it needs to be 530 o ring as it is a wider link to accommodate the o rings.

1/2 link o-rings links are not avail for any o-ring chain.. i have done research in this and each manufacture has different pin sizes
so you would have to contact the maker of the chain you have to see if one is made and i have never had any luck. they say 1/2 links are weak..
