  • Camper on a Flat Bed Trailer

Good Evening everyone i missed out buying a Flat bed trailer with a holiday trailer on the front and room for ARGO on the back.Wondering if any one has built one and how did you attach the trailer to the Flat Bed Trailer. The one that i missed buying had the Trailer door on the back of the unit and had the Holiday trailer mounted on the front of the Flat Bed.Any info would be really appreciated Thank You Steve

I saw one not too long ago and didn't pay it much attention except to think how cool it was. I have to carry 2 vehicles if I want to camp and ride. I think to mount it I'd just remove the boards where the trailer would sit and drill from the bottom through the frame of the trailer and bolt it. You could tack weld it in place but that would make it a lot harder to remove if you needed to. Of course, if this is a temporary deal and you leave the axles on you could use tie down straps. The one I saw did not have the axles mounted.

I carry my Attex camper on my flat bed all the time. Sometimes I leave it up there and use the trailer as a front porch which works very well when it's wet, and other times I pull it down and set it up so I can utilize the flat trailer while I'm camping.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

The one I saw wasn't a pop up. It was just a small camper. It might not have even had a bathroom in it. Wish I'd have seen it parked instead of going down the road. I sure would liked to have eyeballed it closer.
