I have a bigfoot 6x6 with the 25x12 goodyear rawhide tires, is it possible to get out of water onto ice? Maybe with tire chains?

Getting up on the ice from water will be difficult with any machine if not impossible without a tow or winch with an anchor. Best bet would be to get the lighter end up first, so for an argo back it out as engine is up front but still a probably a difficult process. I imagine the tires just spinning against the ice edge and struggling to grab and lift.

I got on to the ice in a Max IV one time. However it took three try's. Each time it slid back in the water it wasn't pretty. I was near the shore with help near by just to see if it could do it. This was with an 18 hp Briggs. So it was lighter in back and I had to lean way over the dash. It was pure luck and I wouldn't try it again. Maybe with the Adairs and winter kit as they've proven in the videos. What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.
