Extra brakes

I know the t20 brakes work but has anyone added disc instead of the drum parking brake the older machines have ?

Depends on the machine. The larger the disc the better,so you need the room. I have kart hydraulic brakes on my Max 2 springer that are fair, 10" disc brakes on my Max4 that were mechanical original but converted to dual piston Wilwoods that stop it on a dime, and 7" axle brakes on my Hustler racer also Wilwoods that stop well.
