    • Welcome, Jamie. It's good to have you aboard. There are several of us in the Charlotte area. I think that there also a few in the Columbia area that have some AATV's now. We are actually riding tomorrow @ CAW in Winnsboro. It's a great place to ride & not too far from you. It shouldn't be too hard for you to find a machine that you will like. Just be patient.

      • Hey Jamie, like McCoy said, we will be at Carolina Adventure World in Winnsboro, SC tomorrow. That's only 1 hour north of you. If you want to come join us you are welcome to even though you're on a quad

Really though, there are several people joining us that have quads tomorrow. I know it's last minute but even if you just come up for a couple of hours you could check out several machines.

        Welcome to the site.

Hello everyone, my name is Sal, I just purchased an Attex 6X6, I'm pretty sure it's a 69-70, It has a Rockwell 2 stroke engine that runs great! need some TLC, I need a couple drive chains, and it's got some cracks thruout the body...from what I can see it's about 93% there (I guess LOL) anyway I have been restoring mini bikes and go carts...I saw this and just had to have it!!

                    • Thanks...I hope there are some members close to me so we can get together and ride. I'm also a member of NEBA (Northeast Buggy Association) where we get together and ride mini buggys (off road go carts) The Attex looks like fun to drive, I can't wait to get it moving....

                          • Congratulations on the Attex, Big Sal. 'Looks like it has some real potential. You'll be surprised just how fast the little JLO single will push the machine along! Good luck on the project.

                              • Greetings,
I have been lurking in the shadows on this site for a while and guess it finally time to get rid of the why not post today message. I am currently just a quad rider but hope to remedy this in the near future, I have been looking at Argos but have to admit that Matt O's Mudd Ox has really caught my eye. Need something that will handle the the trails and swamps of South Central Alaska. Waiting on Akexpress to get his Mudd Oxs up here so I can see first hand what it can do. Have a couple of buddies that run Argos so should be able to do a fair comparison. Anyway just wanted to say this site has provided me with great information and a few chuckles. I look forward to reading and talking more with the great folks here. Tinman
Smile, it's only gonna get worse.
