  • Either Smaller ATV or how to get in a truck?

I have an Argo Frontier. I like it. I think about trading it from time to time. I've thought about bigger. I also think about smaller. With tracks on, I can't load it into my F250. I'd need a sled deck or something similar. I'd like to take the thing with me when I go ice fishing with my ice castle OR take it with me when I go camping in my ice castle. Currently, I can't take the ice castle AND the Argo.

Any suggestions to currently made ATVs that fit nicely in the bed of a truck? Anything some folks here have done? I thought about the hoot but it doesn't appear to be made any more, so availability of parts and support seems tough.

Picking the minds of you guys here. Thanks.

With tracks, it's going to be hard to find one that will fit. Just build a sled deck / platform so that you can get on top of the bed. Something similar to this with a taller platform:

Something like this but with longer ramps:

That's the reason I have utility trailers. My favorite size trailer is a 14'l interior cargo space that is 76" wide. Its got plenty of tie down points, as well as a 5k winch in the front, it pulls perfectly behind all of my vehicles.

Id go with a sled deck and long ramps. Wouldn't be hard to make, and the only part that would need a floor is where your tires go. My Max ii fits with the tailgate open.
Just make sure your ramps can collapse and fit underneath, the beauty of this setup is you could load and unload anywhere, while pulling any kind of trailer. You could also focus on the features of the atv more-so than settle for the one that fits.
