Titling your AATV

So my bank is requiring that I title my aatv. In Maryland, this will cost me almost $1000 and a half day vacation spent at the DMV. I know that you can title a trailer in Maine without being a resident. Is anyone aware of a state that will title my aatv without holding me up in the process?

Look into South Dakota. I have a friend that has all his vehicles licensed there. Does it on line and lives in Utah
