6x6 argo

We're looking at possibly buying a 19?? Argo 6x6. The current owners don't know much about it. They don't even know what year it is. All we have is the number on the tranny which is 2833ss. Can anyone help us identify more about it before we decide to purchase it or not? Any information would be helpful.
The current owners put in a different engine so we don't have any numbers off the engine...
