I have a 2008 Max IV 1050t with the 29hp Kawasaki engine . It seems kinda of gutless on low end power. Motor seems to run well thought maybe belt is worn or is it something else. I do not have a spare belt for it and have no idea what belt i would need. The belt that was on it when i bought it has no numbers on it . Does anyone have a number for this belt?

Try and do a forum search for Max IV belt, there was a thread on here listing the different belts.

018039 is the factory number it measures 44 11/16” outside. I however switched to an Ultimax belt which is a much better belt and went slightly longer to aid in installation. Then shim the engine table up to desired tightness. I’ll get the belt number when I get home.What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.Comment
