I started building this last year but life got in the way. I was able to finish the body band before I HAD to put my boat in the water last summer. Just got my 2x2x1/16 steel bux tubing last week. Started tacking up the front windshield posts. Hopefully I'll get the rear one done before the weekend. Pics are in my gallery if your interested. Not sure how to link to them. Been thinking about doing something similar with my argo. Don't have any experience with aatv's outside my 6x6 argo hdi. I'm not sure about your machine but my tub got a lot of flex in it when going over uneven terrain. My biggest fear of making a hard top (My frame would be steel, enclosed with plywood) is that by adding a rigid frame on top of the tub am i risking cracking my tub? Whats been your experience? I looked up some of your pics, that aluminum roll cage looks pretty sick.
