  • Suspended Seats

I have been considering making suspended seats for my Max IV. My plan is to use hinges in the front of each bench seat , mounted up on brackets ( left and right ),and using two ,three and a half inch ,"harley solo seat" springs in rear, also left and right. Lets discuss some other ideas

I'd like to do the same thing. I am looking for someone who already has or has tried something that will work for me. I am strongly considering going to a big truck junk yard and pulling out one of the air seats used in big trucks. I already know that they give good support and turn a very bad ride into a really smooth ride.

        Suspension Seats! Cheap!

I finally found a source for good suspension seats at a really good price. Spring loaded tractor seats with a shock. Made for out doors and look like they will work wonders in my Max!! Under $100.00, WOW! I am going to buy one for my front seat to see how it works. If it does the job I'll get two more for my back seat. Hope this helps anyone looking to improve the ride of there AATV. Check it out at TractorFixins.com Aftermarked tractor parts and accessories

This machine is the bomb! Looks like it would go anywhere! At first I was turned off by the low ground clearance but the bottom is smooth, high centers could be taken care of with a simple lean left or right. Looks like it rides like a quad with a smooth suportive ride! This would be a great quad replacement and finally I would have a machine for my sons that could follow my Max into the swamps. Also looks like a blast to ride. Best part is no dirt or leaves in the chain area. Ride with out all the maintainance! WOW!
