No info on the Attex but you may want to look at Snapper commercial grade zero turn mowers. They have one that is controlled by a joystick but it is done only through mechanical linkage. It is a very ingenious design. I have one and it works great. Just a thought.

I had a Gehl 3510 Skid loader that used a joystick control, also mechanical linkage.
I've ran a Liebherr 632 Crawler Loader, that had a single joystick control, which was Hydraulic over Hydraulic. Great setup!!!! It had a button on top of the stick, that when depressed caused the tracks to counter rotate.

No, sorry, I just have the mower. You may want to lean towards Joe M's suggestion of the Gehl skidsteer joystick. That linkage may be stouter since it's a heavier piece of equipment.
If you want to go hydraulic or electric your choices are greater but if you stay mechanical you may have a simpler solution.
Good luck.

I wonder how the joystick on the Attex MIAMI worked. Does anyone know how?

I have been searching for a joystick to control just the brakes and found this recently. 2 Servo Joystick
Check out the linear servos and programming software, too. It looks like it could be an easy application.
I will post my results if I use these products. I have a 4x4 wheelchair buggy I will use them on first, but if all goes well my Argo is next.
