Where to buy HDPE for floor panel

I'm looking for a supplier to purchase an small sheet of black HDPE like 3' x 2' 1/4 " thick to make a floor panel. I know people have purchased sheets of the stuff to make roofs etc.. What type of supply house would carry plastic sheets. I've done a local search without much luck.
