I keep seeing these different letters at the beginning of the part number but i dont what the difference between them is. i know that the letter "g" at the end means "greasable" but thats all i know. can someone tell me the difference between some of these? They all look the same

ussaully the letters in the beginning are the manufacturer of the bearing, this is not a 100% thing though, but as a general rule this applies to the part number.

it seems that many manufacturers use the same letters so i thought it meant more than that.

that is just from my experience as a heavy duty mechanic for the last 20 some years, the numbers correspond to the demensions and style and the letters ar the manufacture. kind of simmilar to a seal
