Karl Golden, a location manager for the SyFy channel's TV show "Destination Truth" contacted me and asked me to put the word out there to see if any of you would be interested in renting your AATV to them to use in the show. They will be filming in Bishopville, South Carolina next week (Oct. 24-25) and need your ATVs to haul their film equipment.
You can see some episodes of the show here: Hulu - Search
They are doing a show on the the Scape Ore Swamp (Lizard Man) and will be filming near a shallow stream and swamp. They are going in and camping overnight.
Here is an excerpt of Karl's email to me, "...I would like to put an APB out to all your members in SC who would be willing to rent us their AATVs. We will cover with insurance. I assure you the investigation team will not be rough with the vehicles, as they will be carrying camera and sound equipment, and other hi-tech equipment that they do not want to get soaked.
Please call me for more details. I think having the aatvs in the show would add a lot to the "Fun Factor" of this series..."
If you would like to participate contact Karl directly on his cell phone or via email:

If you do participate let me know asap and I will be happy to send you a free bumper sticker to get the site some exposure. That would be a great way to get the word out about our hobby.
