the only advantage of the admiral is the counter steer when in low range it takes a bit of getting used to in high you dont get that jerky feeling like before... i was surprised when i was setting up the first new one it was on my hoist and i fired it up stuckit in gear and grabed one tire to see if i could stop it and it took more effort than a regular argo tranny but i did it while the other kept turning but dont get the wrong idea its still better than the regular argo tranny they have been holding up well just a few have had belt issues but Odg is working on that.

Well I jumped in with both feet (and my cheque book)
Ended up with a 2010 EFI 750 8x8 (not to sure of that new trany in the HDI, think I will let someone else find the kinks for a few more years)
      Should have it next weekend.
Once I have the thing, I will be looking for places to get it muddy.( If any one has a leed on some trails in Southern Ontario)
Thanks for all the feed back
I would have liked to try the max but there dosent seem to be a dealer in the area and I didnt want to deal with customs to bring one across the boarder.

Man, you really did jump in with both feet. Congratulations on your purchase. Post some pictures of it when you get it. What color did you get?

Dozer, What part of Southern Ontario? We have a few organized rides every year (you just missed one on Apr. 24), as well as others up in the Parry Sound area (20,000 acres). Next organized ride is on May 24 weekend. PM me for details if your interested.

I still havent taken dilivery of the argo yet, just got all the insurance sorted out. Had to get a trailer made to fit the argo and 2 4wheelers so the little misses wont kill me when I bring it home tomorrow (maybe I should have told her)
I picked up a Black 750 EFI demo with 9 hours, aparently they just drove it in and out of trade shows. I gess we will see tomorrow.
            Thanks

Congratulations on your new purchase and welcome to the AATV club.
Quite few places to run them. There is a new AATV club out of London.
              Have fun and post pictures
              Cheers,
              Al

Picked up the Argo on Tuesday. WOW
It is a beast. Had a scare in a 3' deep swamp. It was floating and couldn’t push through all the cat tales. (sure wasn’t getting out). Ended up using the cat tales to pull my self through.
I guess as long as you can move ur not stuck
Not even a single photo yet. To busy having a blast. Soon though.
I would like to get an enclosure. (not the flimsy one like Argo sells) If any one has a good lead, I would be greatfull.
                Thanks
