        • I think that's the most "used" looking new style max II I've seen.

          • A little rough on that machine. Watch for it on Ebay Proves that they are tough little machines.

            • Annual Spring Ride 2009

We had about 12 machines out including an Argo Centaur. Had a great time as usual. I think everyone got stuck at one time or another and had to be pulled out courtesy of the Centaur.

That was the first time I've seen a Centaur in action, pretty impressive! It has power steering, and can counter-rotate at will, it was smaller than I imagined, not much bigger than an Avenger.

The swamp had just enough water to make it interesting, high centering is what stopped most of us.

There were about 4 people shooting videos so we should see some more shortly. Again thanks Rick/Cam and Family for all the work hosting these events.

                      • Reference the Chinese Argo

Hey! With a jet pump that thing is almost as fast as Big Birds Argo! Looks like it has very little ground clearance, and the area they were in could be traversed by a kid on a tricycle! Huummmm! Wonder how long that thing would hold up in the Canadian wilderness? Would probably get stuck in more than 4" of mud!

                        • Well, as a boater, I can say it's nowhere near 25Kph in the video, thats just over 15MPH and my boats up on plane at that point. I'd be shocked if it can do more than half that. (Maybe tested headed downstream on a fast moving brook? ) Still, it does move quite well in the water.

                          • Speaking of jet pumps, I am going to be posting up a nice Berkeley jet pump drive for an AATV in the for sale section.

                            • Nice views of the China landscape. The mud is probably toxic that's why you don't see them driving through it.
