If the body is in good shape and the T-20 is not toasted i think this would be a pretty good starter machine. Has a lot of potential. Up grade motor and you will have a great running machine, but need to check prior to buying. I would offer him a little less and he may take it. 700-800 it is a older machine. That will give you a little fixer-up room. If the T-20 is good, it alone is worth at least half the price of the machine or better.
