On their website they mention a jet pump option. That is probably the only way this hunk of junk will move in the water because those tires won't move it at all, through water or heavy mud. And yes, the front and rear axles are higher than the middle two, just as you said, so it turns easier......they copied this directly from Argo.

        • This is a body copy of the 2010 Avenger.....and the 2 center axles being lower is a Argo design.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

                • This is the Mud hole known as the Suicide hole at River Run

This is the suicide hole at River Run, this is the same hole that David took his MaxIV into and spent several minutes just trying to get out of. This is the same hole that David swore he would never go into again. This is the same hole that Davids Mudd Ox totally destroys. The same hole that quads and other machines won't even try any more.

Look at the mud here, it looks like cemet!

                    • Yep, your right. It was like cement or mortar. It really stank too. It kinda reminded me of a catfish pond during the summer, when the water had gotten to the bottom of the tank. Very foul. The Mudd Ox went through the pit like it was not that big a deal. There were a couple of times however that it was kind of dicey. The Adair tracks do an excellent job however and allow the vehicle to raise us a bit whatever direction its going and get just a bit of additional lift to pull over the obstacle.
I pulled in with the Max2, but realized this was a tracked vehicle obstacle only, and got out quickly.
Good job Dave on making this one look easy!

                      • River Run certainly has some soft, bottomless mud. Luckily it doesn't seem to have much clay content. Haspin, under the right conditions (wet, clay so slick you fall down on level ground, and packs up in the fenders and wheels) would be a good test. Tim might make it out there some time. I miss those rides. The group has fallen into disarray.. business schedules, raising kids.. it was good while it lasted. Maybe make a comeback some day.

                        • Some Video high Lites all filmed within the last two months

These are video high lites filmed since October 23rd since I took possession of my Argo 650 HD, filmed in East Texas and Georgia. Within the the next Three months I plan trips to Hawkinsville and Doles Georgia and of Course Busco Beach. It's going to be a good year! I am enjoying my new machine and of course all the good times I have had since I made my purchase. Other than a single high center (testing-testing), I still have not had the Argo stuck.

                            • Hey Argo could learn a thing or two here..... Backup lights AND a jet pump !! I would buy those options in a heartbeat. (I did install a backup light, but a jet pump is beyond what I am willing to do to a brand new Argo !!) I'll keep wishing.

Trees like this were always a problem with my MaxIV. I stayed away from fallen trees and logs because I didn't want to tear up my machine, but davids Ox eats timber like it was nothing. Fallen trees are a problem on almost every trail in my neck of the woods and have stopped me cold on a lot of trail rides or made me spend a great deal of time going around them down, so I am very impressed with this timber performance.
