Such a cruel reminder that life is short. I always enjoyed Rogers' insight, comments, knowledge and riding skill. I never met him, but watched him riding many years ago via the Haspin videos, we miss you Roger.

I'm very sad to hear about Roger's passing. I have ridden with him over the last 3 or 4 years, at least once a year. He was one of the nicest people I've had the chance to meet in this hobby. I will miss him and remember him as a really great person and friend.

Roger was a great riding bud and a lot of fun to spend weekends with. Since we met in 2003 I was fortunate to spend at least 28 weekends at Haspin and Badlands with Roger. As a tribute I put together a video of Roger moments that I would like to share with everyone. Ironically it was Roger that helped me do high tech stuff like posting videos. If someone would like to help me get this accomplished call me at 716-965-2960 or 716-785-9240. It is currently on a DVD and is about one hour long.

Well, that sucks. I never met him, but conversed with him here. Seemed like a nice guy.

I am so sorry to hear of Rogers passing. It truly is a sad day for the AATV crowd. I rode with Roger several times at Haspin and he was one of the top jockeys of these machines. His ability to make that 8x8 go places no one else could was quite remarkable. He drove with a great amount of finess. My condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.Peace to you my friend!

Sad to hear the news. I never met him, but have read enough of his posts so It was if I had. He was always willing to help and will be missed. God bless you and your family.

Thanks for finding and posting this again. I was moving cross country and missed this thread. Sad to see someone else claimed by cancer. I know I've read of few of Roger's posts and viewed some videos. I didn't really communicate with him, but it seems a good person will be missed.

                      On Passing

My condolences to the family of Roger S. God must have smiled and said that he has the best wheelers there are to ride, so come on home and ride and fix mine. May peace be with you Roger.
Not to minimize Rogers passing but, I have to put my dog to sleep tomorrow, he is 17 years old and my friend. I am going to miss him dearly and my heart breaks having to do this, but he is suffering and I can't watch him suffer anymore. Roger find him for me and befriend him, he loves the woods and he loves to be petted, I'll let him know your there for him too.
