How to establish a realistic price?

Is there any source for determining a realistic price for the MAX and ARGO type machines out there on the used market? The sites like Craigslist (well, if you don't include the scams) are all over the board. And, with all the different years, models, motor sizes, stated condition, etc. It's hard to figure.

I've seen a "Blue Book", that gives prices of Argo's vs. Condition, most dealers have this book.
