At any rate, you and your's will be safer in the AATV than running around w/4wheeler-UTV.Not to mention the cool factor.Watch the videos on this site for proof of stability. But,these are not beginner operators, the point being get to know the limits of man and machine before you get wild behind the controls.Drive within your abilities, that way we won't have to watch some reporter say"When good AATV'S go bad, film at 11pm"

On that thought, ANY ATV, no matter if it has 2, 3, 4, 5(older John Deere Gator...), 6, or 8 wheels, IS ONLY AS SAFE AS ITS OPERATOR!!! You can't say that an accident was caused by the ATV. There HAS to be an operator; if there wasn't, the ATV would simply sit there like an overgrown yard ornament. The ban on the manufacture of 3 wheelers was arguably the dumbest ban ever instituted by the US govenment. I have seen the list of accidents that were "caused by the 3 wheelers." Every single one was either a situation where somebody who had no experience, training, safety gear, or some combination thereof, or were not old enough, or were just acting stupid!!! The people that came up with this BS are the same people who hold up signs saying "guns kill people." That's like saying "It's the pen's fault that I made an error!!!!" Seriously!?!? Is this what this country's coming to?!?!
Please excuse me if I sound rude, but I thougt that it was important to have this included in this thread for any future readers.
IF ANYONE CAN PROOVE TO ME THAT AN ATV (OR GUN) CAN CAUSE ME HARM, WITHOUT *ANY* OUTSIDE INFLUENCES, I WILL GLADLY WITHDRAW MY COMMENTS.
Anyway, congrats on your new Max!!!!!You should have a great time with it!!
